A note from the writing desk
“The Keeper of Salt” gives a reader a job, a substance and a hint of cost. “The Chronicles of the Eternal Realm” gives them a category. Concrete nouns travel further than epic adjectives, and they are far easier to remember when someone recommends your book out loud.
A pattern like “The {noun} of {noun}” scales into a series; a one-off line like “A Letter to the Spellkeeper” usually does not. Decide early whether you need a title that can carry book two, and pick the shape on purpose rather than by accident.
Fantasy reuses the same strong words — ash, thorn, crown, ember. Search your shortlist on Amazon and Goodreads. A title can legally repeat, but if page one of the results is full of similar books, readers will struggle to find yours.

Book titles are generally not protected by copyright, so you are usually free to use one. This tool does not check trademarks, series names or existing books, so search Amazon, Goodreads and the USPTO trademark database before you commit.
Your description is scanned in your browser for words the generator recognises, such as “crown”, “forest” or “midnight”. Recognised words select matching word groups. Unfamiliar words are never inserted into a title, and nothing is uploaded.
The generator is a spark, not an editor. Treat the list as raw material: keep the two or three that sound like your book, then swap one noun for something only your story has. That last edit is usually what makes a title yours.
